At Florida Peninsula Insurance Company, our leaders practice what they preach when it comes to community involvement. One example is our Chairman of the Board Paul Adkins, who recently participated in the YMCA of South Palm Beach County’s 11th Annual Prayer Breakfast, held on March 12 in Boca Raton. Paul is the Chief Volunteer Officer for the YMCA of South Palm Beach County and serves as Chair of the organization’s 2013 Board of Trustees.

The purpose of the Prayer Breakfast was to raise awareness and funds for the YMCA of South Palm Beach County, which has branches in Boca Raton and Boynton Beach. The YMCA is the nation's leading nonprofit for strengthening communities through programs and services which nurture and enrich the lives of our youth, promote healthy living and embed the ideals of social responsibility.

Florida Peninsula participates in community programs around Florida, including a commitment to participate in Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure"® events across the state. We also volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and the Head Start Program at C. Robert Markham Elementary School, as well as many other nonprofit groups.
