Florida Peninsula Insurance Company, one of the top 10 largest homeowners insurance companies in the state, recently participated in a Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach “Build Day,” held on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at a home in Boynton Beach. Members of the Florida Peninsula family came out to show their support and help others in the community where many of them not only work but also live.

Florida Peninsula Insurance Company participates in several community initiatives, including work with the Head Start Program at C. Robert Markham Elementary School. Through this program the company has “adopted” students and their families and provided Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas presents, and, most recently, Easter baskets through donations from Florida Peninsula employees.
