Florida Peninsula Insurance Company Chief Legal Officer Stacey A. Giulianti Speaks at ABA insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Seminar

Stacey A. Giulianti, Chief Legal Officer of Florida Peninsula Insurance Company (FPI), recently spoke at the American Bar Association's Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE seminar in Phoenix, Arizona.  The topic was, "What Every Insurance Lawyer Should Know About Homeowners Insurance Policies." Giulianti explained the commonly overlooked clauses in the standard homeowners insurance policy, along with the usual pitfalls that attorneys encounter when handling property insurance disputes.  Mr. Giulianti oversees FPI’s Claims and Legal Departments.  He serves as a representative member of both the Florida Insurance Council and the Florida Property and Casualty Association.  He holds the prestigious AV Preeminent Attorney Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.   He has spoken on various insurance law subjects for the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the National Business Institute, Professional Education Seminars, the Florida Department of Financial Services, ...

Florida Peninsula Insurance Company Employees Participate in Habitat for Humanity "Raise the Roof" Project

Florida Peninsula Insurance Company, one of the top 10 largest homeowners insurance companies in the state, recently participated in a Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach “Build Day,” held on January 7, 2012. Florida Peninsula employees joined forces with the organization to help “raise the roof” for the Louis family of Delray Beach.  Company volunteers secured roof trusses and assisted skilled laborers with the roof assembly.  The event also allowed Florida Peninsula employees the unique opportunity to work side by side with the future homeowner.  Many Florida Peninsula Insurance Company employees live in the local communities they work in, and are passionately committed to several community initiatives, including work with the Head Start Program at C. Robert Markham Elementary School. Through this program the company has “adopted” students and their families and provided Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas presents and Easter baskets through donations from company employees. Lora Lehmann promoted to Underwriting Manager at Florida Peninsula Insurance Company

Florida Peninsula Insurance Company, one of the top 10 largest homeowners insurance companies in the state, announced Lora Lehmann was promoted to Underwriting Manager. Lehmann was previously an Underwriter with the company. With nearly 15 years of insurance industry experience, Lehmann possesses a depth of knowledge in underwriting and insurance industry theories and practices. She has extensive experience in Underwriting, Claims and Customer Service, as well as multi-line underwriting experience, including Automobile, Homeowners, Umbrella and Group Health insurance.   Lehmann joined Florida Peninsula in 2009, after working for GEICO and AIG in the underwriting and claims departments.
