I decided to renew my policy with Florida Peninsula after my roof was replaced because of the service [my adjuster] provided and the hassle free claim process I experienced.

This was my very first time filing a Home Owners Claim. I have been an auto claims adjuster for over 30 years, so I kind of knew the basics, but wasn't sure what the homeowner process would be. Belinda did a great job in her communication, but by email and voice. She responded to me every time I sent something in. She knew we had to put out a large amount of money up front, so she did her best to settle our claim quickly and get a check in our hands, while letting us know that she was still there to assist should anything else come up. That made me feel so much better! Friends could not believe the kind of service we received. I greatly appreciate Belinda for making this process so easy!
