Paul has served as Chairman of Florida Peninsula Insurance Company since its inception in 2005. Previously he acted as the Strategy and Operations consultant at Booz-Allen-Hamilton and General Manager of Americas for the Stratos Global Corporation. He is also the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Seven Seas Communications.

He earned a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard University.

He held various financial positions at companies like Digital Equipment and Dole Foods, and is Co-founder and Co-CEO of Seven Seas Communications. He earned a BA in Accounting from Boston University and a MBA from Harvard University.

Cindy is a graduate of Aurora University, IL, a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs and holds a CGMA designation.

Gard most recently served as Senior Managing Director at Aon Reinsurance Solutions, overseeing the company’s Florida property practice and managing the West Palm Beach office. Throughout his two decades with Aon, he served as lead broker on a variety of P&C reinsurance program placements, and he has over 15 years of experience specific to the Florida market. Gard is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College.
